PEOPLE SAVVY

There are lots of smart people out there, and people who are experts in their field are a dime a dozen. The people though who stand out and excel, the ones we call the natural leaders, have something else. They are people savvy. They are able to inspire others, to get them to buy into their ideas. They build relationships and keep them alive over the years, building a rich network of friends and colleagues they can turn to. They know how to discuss difficult issues without alienating others or compromising their point of view. They know how to walk into a room and command it.

Turner McNabb Consulting provides individual coaching and workshops to help you and your team become people savvy. This is especially helpful for professionals who are technical specialists and are in positions where they need to be able to lead teams effectively, manage large clients, and communicate clearly and influence others who may not share their expertise.
